Ongoing support
The two days end. The worksheets don't
Most of the real work happens after the workshop, once someone is comparing an actual auction lot to their own pricing sheet. This page covers what stays available once the room empties out.
Materials
What participants keep access to
The pricing spreadsheet
The same PLN calculator used live during day two, kept as an editable file so purchase costs and utilisation assumptions can be updated as circumstances change.
The auction condition checklist
A printable sheet for construction tool, event gear and photography equipment inspection, with separate sections for each category.
The insurance question sheet
A list of specific questions to bring to any insurer, based on scenarios discussed during the insurance session.
The listing template
A working outline for a sharing platform listing plus a simple direct-booking page, kept as an editable document.
How questions get handled
A structured way to ask, not an open inbox
Once the workshop ends, questions rarely stop, but they change shape. Someone might be looking at an actual auction lot and unsure whether the condition grading justifies the reserve price, or comparing two insurance quotes and unsure which exclusions matter. Rather than leaving this to an unmanaged email thread, participants can send a written question with the specific scenario attached, and it gets answered with reference to the same frameworks taught in the room.
This is not ongoing advisory work and it does not replace speaking with a licensed insurance broker or accountant about a specific policy or tax situation. It is a way of applying the workshop material to a real situation once, clearly, in writing.
Format options
Two ways to stay connected after the cohort
Written follow-up
A single written question submitted within a set window after the workshop, answered with a reference back to the relevant framework and worksheet section.
Material updates
When a worksheet or checklist is revised between cohorts, past participants are sent the updated version rather than being left with an outdated file.
Ongoing support is a companion to the two-day programme, not a substitute for the sessions themselves, and it does not extend into managing anyone's rental listings or equipment on their behalf.
Ask about the follow-up materials before you book
If you want to see a sample worksheet before committing to a cohort, mention it in your message and we can share what a typical one looks like.
