Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. Who processes your data

This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated under the name Wuliva Zeyene, registered address Żmudzka 26, Bydgoszcz, Poland, contactable at [email protected] and by telephone at +48 52 342 01 73. Wuliva Zeyene acts as the data controller for personal data submitted through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, referred to in Poland as RODO) and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What personal data is collected

Through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, subject and message content that a visitor chooses to submit. No account creation or login system exists on this site, and no payment information is collected because no transactions take place through it. Technical data such as IP address and browser type may be recorded automatically by standard web server logs for security and functionality purposes.

3. Legal basis for processing

Data submitted through the contact form is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO, being the consent given by ticking the privacy checkbox before submission, and Article 6(1)(f) RODO, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about the workshop programme. Cookie-related data is processed based on consent given through the cookie preferences tool, in line with the Polish Telecommunications Law (Prawo telekomunikacyjne).

4. How the data is used

Personal data submitted via the contact form is used exclusively to respond to the enquiry raised, including questions about workshop dates, curriculum content or follow-up support materials. Data is not used for automated decision-making and is not used to build behavioural profiles for advertising purposes.

5. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to handle the correspondence and any reasonable follow-up, generally no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by Polish tax or accounting law for any related invoicing. Server log data is typically retained for a shorter operational period before being rotated out.

6. Sharing of data with third parties

Personal data is not sold. It may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate this website, such as hosting providers, under data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 RODO. Because the contact form uses a direct mailto submission method, message content is sent through the visitor's own email client rather than stored on our servers by default.

7. International data transfers

Where any service provider used to operate this website is located outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission are used to ensure an equivalent level of protection, in accordance with Chapter V of RODO.

8. Your rights under RODO

Subject to the conditions set out in RODO, you have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).

9. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses cookies as described in the separate Cookie Policy, accessible from the footer of every page and from the cookie preferences link fixed to the bottom-left corner of the screen. Necessary cookies are always active; analytics and preference cookies require explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Contact regarding this policy

Any question regarding this Privacy Policy, or any request to exercise your data protection rights, can be sent to [email protected] or by post to Żmudzka 26, Bydgoszcz, Poland. We aim to respond to legitimate requests within the timeframes set out in RODO.
