A. Scope of these terms
These Terms of Participation govern the use of the website operated under the name Wuliva Zeyene and enrolment in the two-day educational workshop programme it describes. By browsing this website or submitting the contact form, you accept these terms. Where a separate written agreement is signed for a specific cohort, that agreement takes precedence over any conflicting clause here.
B. Nature of the service provided
Wuliva Zeyene provides an educational workshop programme covering equipment rental economics in Poland, including utilisation patterns, sourcing methods, pricing structures, insurance considerations and listing strategies. Wuliva Zeyene does not operate a rental business itself, does not act as an intermediary for equipment transactions, and does not provide licensed financial, insurance, tax or legal advice. Nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, rent or insure any specific item of equipment.
C. Enrolment and cohort places
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are treated as expressions of interest, not automatic enrolment. Confirmation of a place in any cohort is subject to separate communication and, where applicable, payment terms agreed at that stage. Cohort sizes are limited by physical room capacity for in-person sessions.
D. No guaranteed outcomes
The workshop programme is educational in nature. Any figures, examples or frameworks presented, including PLN calculations, are illustrative and intended for teaching purposes only. Wuliva Zeyene makes no representation that following any framework taught during the programme will result in any particular level of income, utilisation or business outcome. Participants remain responsible for their own commercial, tax, insurance and legal decisions.
E. Intellectual property in materials
Worksheets, checklists, spreadsheets and other materials distributed during or after the workshop remain the intellectual property of Wuliva Zeyene. Participants may use these materials for their own personal or business purposes but may not redistribute, resell or publicly republish them without prior written permission.
F. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Polish law, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), Wuliva Zeyene's liability arising from participation in the workshop programme or use of this website is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Polish consumer protection law.
G. Cancellations and changes to the programme
Wuliva Zeyene reserves the right to adjust cohort dates, venue or format where reasonably necessary, and will inform confirmed participants of any material change as soon as practicable. Where a paid place cannot be honoured due to such a change, applicable consumer protection rules regarding refunds or rescheduling under Polish law will apply.
H. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Participation are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under EU law.
